（中央社記者蔡怡杼台北 6日電）金融監督管理委員會今天表示，去年對中國人壽金檢時發現，該公司有未依規定給付理賠金給客戶等5大缺失，核處罰鍰新台幣60萬元及 4項糾正。
保險局表示，中壽的 5大缺失包含清查客戶未領回滿期金等通知作業上未確實，可能與客戶失聯有關；客戶申請理賠，公司有核算錯誤或少算的情況出現；保險金申請作業，未依規定留存軌跡；解除契約作業未依內部規定以及要保書約定給付項目與保單條款不符。
保險局強調，中壽對客戶申請理賠金少算只是少數個案，且實際理賠金額與應理賠金額間的差距不大，加上其他違反事實，核處60萬元及 4項糾正。1060106
